Amidst a constant stream of visitors and guests I have found little time for sewing. But I have finish three more Camelot blocks:
Block 9
Block 10
Block 11
I also started a baby quilt for a soon to be born little boy. He will be the first baby of the next generation on my husband's side of the family and we are all very exited. I'm using the pattern "Rush Hour" by the very talented Kellie from Don't look now.
I really need to get going with this as afterwards I will have to make another baby quilt for another new baby boy born just last week in Australia. And if that isn't enough, I also need to make a wedding quilt for a friend of my daughter. Luckily the wedding isn't until May. I'm happy to have a "free" weekend coming without any guests, visitors or invitations so I'm planning to spend a large junk of it in my sewing room. I hope you have an equally lovely weekend ahead!
Cheers

Wouw!! Your camelot blocks are stunning!!
So happy to see you back! I love your Camelot blocks. The colors are just delightful. And your car quilt is adorable. I used her fabric that she designed in this theme for a quick quilt. The appliqued one will be so much cuter!
You sure haven't chosen easy things to work on. Lovely!
Your Kellie trucks are looking fabulous -- I love your fabric combinations. And those camelot blocks -- {swoon} -- I love those blocks!
Gorgeous camelot blocks! Cute baby boy quilt! It seems you won't run out of work this spring! :) Have a wonderful weekend!
Your Camelot blocks are gorgeous, love the colours. Love the cars too.
You have such a good sense of colour combinations! The camelots blocks are so strong, together they will make an absolute stunning quilt. But I won't keep you too long as you have so many quilts waiting... xxx
Sure understand about company cramping your sewing time a bit. But it's good to see some progress on your pieces. Love what you're doing with Kellie's design, though I know that one is a lot of work! Will you do as Kellie does...fusing the shapes, sandwiching, and then quilting? I need to make a wedding quilt by May too, and haven't even begun to think about it. Too many other projects with upcoming "due dates." Yikes. Hope you do a better job of managing your time than I seem to be doing!
That should all keep you very busy! Sometimes I work best under a pressure. Those Camelot blocks are amazing. I love the little cars baby quilt. So very cute. Hope you are finding lots of time to sew this weekend. I too am working on a wedding scrap string quilt. Love to see progress.
So impressed that you have managed to do all this sewing even with guests! Love your purple in the camelot blocks
