A couple more Christmas gifts

Two pouches made with Cotton & Steel fabrics. I especially love the stripy tigers.

Isn't the lacy zipper cute? I just had to get my head around the fact, that the lace had to be on the  outside tough, but managed it after a "false start".

My daughter wanted a grocery bag dispenser like I have so I made her this. Only when it was finished did I realize that the flowers are upside down. Oh well!

And the cookies are bagged and mostly handed out already.

My next task is to decorate the Christmas tree. We got a live one as always but had a bit of trouble as apparently a strike in the US ports delayed their arrival.

I hope you are also enjoying the season.
Cheers

Liebe Vreni x,
es sieht so aus, als ob Du sehr gut für Weihnachten vorbereitet bist.
Tolle Täschle und Beutel. Der Reisverschluss ist prima.
Liebe Grüßle,
Sylvia

I was talking to our Christmas tree guy and he says he works for a company that ships Christmas trees all over the world -- maybe you got one of his! And how awful to have a strike -- those trees are perishable!

I LOVE the little bag -- that zipper is toooo cute. And who doesn't love those little kitties???

those pouches are so cute, I love the use of the lace zips, I keep looking at them but haven't bought any yet?

p.s. did you know you have word verification on?

You've been very busy. Love the lace on the bags. I still have trouble getting my zipper ends to look nice. Cookies look yummy too.

So you import a live tree from USA for Christmas? Or a branch of a tree anyway. Doesn't it suffer in storage for a week or 10 days? I imagine the needles would dry out and drop off.

At least your home will smell like Christmas now. We have artificial because we all get hayfever.

I love your Christmas themed blog header too.

Your little zipper bags are so cute. And I could do with some of those cookies. Merry Christmas!
