One baby quilt ready to go!

The first of my two baby quilts is now quilted as well as bound.

I quilted diagonally both ways using the trusted wavy stitch, so much easier than a straight line as small mistakes are much less visible.

The binding is from Robert Kaufman's Dr. Seuss line, so versatile for baby or kids quilts.

One more Camelot block has been finished too, this is number 14

and here they are all together. Only two more to go.

Our little grand nephew has been born last week, so I better make sure his quilt gets finished soon too.

Cheers

Love your camelot, so different from mine, but very beautiful.

Was für ein schöner Babyquilt! So fröhlich und bunt. Den wird das Kind lange mit sich herum tragen.
Und die runden Blöcke gefallen mir auch sehr gut!

Such great prints in the baby quilt and the binding just perfect to pull it all together. The camelot quilt is really coming into its own, can't wait for your last 2 block to be added.

The baby quilt is adorable. It looks like it's a nice, big size too. That quilting stitch - I call it a serpentine - is one I often suggest to new quilters because it's so forgiving. And your binding choice is the prefect finish. Very nicely done, and the picture of the quilt over your clear deck sides is pretty.

Lovely baby quilt. I like the idea of using wavy line quilting. Thanks for the tip. It will not show up my 'less than straight' lines. Beautiful Camelot blocks. The quilt will be stunning.

I love the cars and trucks quilt. So fun for a little boy. The chevron is bright and cheerful. Baby will love that. Looks like you have really been busy with the Camelot quilt. So much work but it is going to be a beauty.
